(More customer reviews)Wow this was worth the hassle to find. We lucked out and got it at retail price and delivered before Christmas. This was my 6 yr old son's first "real" electric train. What a special train it is. The details are fantastic. Lionel out did themselves! The engine is sooo heavy and very well built. The passenger/observational cars were suprisingly light, but incredibly detailed, quite beautiful! Transformer is powerful, track easy to put together. The characters are to scale and he has placed in the train and they ride around sticking out the end of the cars and in the engine. Smoke stack works perfect. Everything is just great. I guess we have a train enthusiast now. He runs it every day... and is soooo proud of it. He is so careful with it and teaches all his friends all about it. Worth every penny.

Now, you can own the ever popular Polar Express train from Lionel. Painstakingly designed to be true to the original, this exclusive Lionel train set features a die-cast metal Berkshire steam locomotive with a new, larger pilot, headlight lens cap and unique whistle. (More customer reviews)As a gift for my nephew, it exceeded my expectations. Well detailed and colorfully painted, it matches the original car quite well. Even better, the remote controls are quick and responsive. I'm sure driving the real thing is much better, but for a 9 year old, it can't be beat. Durability wasn't tested much in a day or two of use, nor was the battery life. It's well made and should last.

Hot Wheels 1:18 Scale "Battle Damaged Batmobile" Rare Limited Edition 1/10,000 : G3665 Review

(More customer reviews)This is a beautiful Diecast car, from whatever direction you look at it.
It is a customized 2004 Hot wheels limited edition 1:18 scale Battle Damaged Batmobile.
It comes with it's own display case built into the package.
There were only 10,000 of these made in 2004 and the collectors have sucked them up.
This is a car that was not recieved well when it was first released.
People complained that the damage was not real, only painted to look damaged.
They wantee to see real holes in the body.
People did not like the red and orange paint accented the chrome and intake tube.
That was then.
Today one of these cars new sealed in the original box, can sell for as much as $400.00 easily.
Good luck on finding one like that though, It's been almost 20 years since that car was released. Only diehard collectors would have one sealed today and to get on in that condition at $400.00 dollars would be a steal.

Johnny Lightning The Dukes of Hazzard R3 Enos' Race Car Review

(More customer reviews)Eno's Race Car has the best image of the character Enos (and his hound) of any bonus magnet/sticker. This one's a sticker. This alone convinced me to pick this up before I even noticed the car that comes with it.
Eno's Race Car was part of the 3rd release of 6 cars. All I really remember about this car is that Enos drove it in a smash them up derby type thing one episode, it's been a while since I've seen this show.
And that's the thing, Johnny Lightning really should have provided a brief synopsis somewhere on the packaging, explaining about this car and what episode/s it appeared in. This is by no means a unique problem with just this vehicle, there are many spread over the six (at time of this review and there's so many cars they haven't done yet there will be heaps more) Dukes of Hazzard releases where a similar reliance on memory is needed.
Release 3 also brought some of the other most popular (thereby hard to find now) vehicles of the six releases. They were the most similar to actual used in TV show General Lee, Uncle Jesse's Pickup and the Double Zero Shelby Cobra Mustang. Six vehicles made up release 3 and the other two were the Finchburg County Sherriff (red and white) police car and Molly Hargrove's Plymouth Road Runner.
Release 3 kept the brilliant innovation of the packaging from release 2 where you can view the vehicle in the packet from all six sides including through the back of the blister pack. Unfortunately though Johnny Lightning did away with the bonus magnet and replaced it with a sticker instead. However they kept the same rectangle format that was much more popular than the cut around the characters way they did with series 1. So there's no difference in viewing the sticker to the magnet if kept in the packaging but obviously a magnet does not bend and droop over time like a sticker does standing behind the car on display.
Like all Dukes of Hazzard Johnny Lightning vehicles, the normal cardboard backing with a small plastic blister has been replaced by the whole thing being entombed in plastic. I like this as it certainly ensures if you are a keeper in packaging type person that it stays in great condition, even if you buy it online and it comes through the post. My only criticism is they could reduce the top part in size (above sticker) as it would then fit on more smaller shelves in people's houses to display it.

Toy truck With Two Tractors Review

(More customer reviews)My grandson is obsessed with trucks and heavy equipment including farm tractors. He has had several opportunities to ride tractors, a dream come true for a city boy. When I saw this eighteen wheeler carrying two tractors I thought it would be perfect for his birthday. Apparently he agreed. He slept with the tractors that night. He has only had them for a couple of weeks as I write this review, but so far nothing has broken.

Maisto 1/12 Scale Motorcycle: Honda CBR 600RR (Red). Review
