(More customer reviews)After seeing this toy repeatedly on t.v. depicted as a fast-moving, exciting raceway, my little guy kept going on and on about wanting it for his birthday. It arrived today, we put it together, and I have to say that it is a serious disappointment. You have to "wind up" the car by pushing it repeatedly on the floor slowly (this is hard to explain to a 3-year old) to get it up to speed before placing it precisely on the track. Even as revved as it high as it can go, you only get about 2 to 3 times around the track before it peters out. You also have to remember to reset the zip-line every time around. Even my 8 year old had trouble getting it to work well and all three kids were bored with it after a half hour. If you don't get it on the track exactly it sort of flips off the track and is kind of tricky to pick up as the wheels keep spinning. I guess I was expecting something along the lines of the trick tracks (which we have an awesome set of) where the cars are propelled through the track at high speeds. All in all, not a lot of fun.
