The Technical Details stated: Blade is geared, so it rotates at realistic speed.
This is not true, and I am not happy when I purchase something that is not as advertized.
There are no gears between the solar motor and the blade.
It is direct drive from the solar motor to the blade, and the blade runs way too fast (like a fan).
This unit was somewhat difficult to assemble,, and assembly instructions were not provided.
On a scale of 1 to 10, this product gets a 1.

(More customer reviews)This is a cheap toy set. Not worth the price (or any money at all). All the pieces are flimsy and easily broken. The mat is a flimsy piece of plastic that my son did not even want to play with because it kept moving or wrinkling. We kept throwing pieces away as they would break. He got this for Christmas. It's now summer and he only has one truck left.

(More customer reviews)This is a very cool toy, but it is horribly designed from an engineering standpoint. It is very unfortunate, because
when it was working, my son enjoyed it very much. The problem lies in the mechanics of the automated lift. The lift
works on a complicated series of pulleys that a string winds it's way through. It's in no way a simple path that this
string follows. Herein lies the problem. This string easily became entangled and bound up within an hour of use!
We're not talking aggressive use either, but normal careful usage. It was really a shame, because it's a really fun
toy. Amazon was great to deal with and fully refunded the purchase price, but I would never purchase another one. I
can only foresee this problem happening again.

American 55 Piece Contruction Toy Review

(More customer reviews)My nephew is crazy about airplanes and building toys. This was the perfect combination of the two. We had fun building it together. He's 5 and could follow the instructions on his own but needed help with the stickers. The only drawback is that there is one large sticker that encompasses the whole body of the plane, so you can only fully build it once.

Jawbones Construction Toys (215 Piece) Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased Jaw Bones for my five year old son. He loves leggos and is constantly tinkering with his hands. I almost didn't get these because I have bought other products that looked like fun but was always disappointed. So happy to say that wasn't the case. My son has been playing with them now going on a week. The pieces click securely in place and he has been able to make cars, dragons, people, aliens...etc...the possibilities are endless.
My only regret is that I only purchased the small container. I will be purchasing more for his birthday...I say this as he sits next to me playing with them yet again and ignoring the tv! Yay for Jaw Bones! Thank you for helping to develop his imagination! And being a wonderful product!

(More customer reviews)Our 2.5+ year old twins just got this a few days ago, but already have spent a couple of hours playing with it. They've been very creative about making vehicles and haven't fought over pieces yet, which is really saying something. They love picking out the different parts of the cars, naming them, and putting them together to make a new vehicle. The magnets make it very easy to put together by themselves, so they can play without our help.

(More customer reviews)We got a small set of Jaw Bones for my son's BD, and he loved those, but once you really get into it you need more than 25 pieces. You can make cars, dinosaurs, robots--you name it. There's a very helpful pamphlet with examples. Or you can just build whatever looks fun and cool. My 5-year old has spent hours with these. Good tool for budding Engineers as well. Considering all the junk that is out there, this is much cooler, more fun, and you may actually learn something, too!
