Yes, I did contact the seller and they were VERY POLITE!!!! even when I may not have been.... They certainly are a professional company and product arrived in perfect condition (even tho it took almost 2 weeks for me to track down on my end). NOT THE COMPANY'S FAULT!!! I loved their professionalism and rapid response to my concerns....
