(More customer reviews)The Special Edition 2003 Dodge Viper is an excellent model of the real thing. It has features that are found on expensive car models that are from Danbury Mint, Franklin Mint, etc. Since my 7 year old grandson likes to "play" with those models, I bought a series of cars from Maistro at a very reasonable price, which I figured that he could play with. I was generally pleased, but they are not durable toys. The child still has to treat them gently. The wheel came off one of them in no time. These cars are more models than toys. They are however, fun to play with, and at the cost of each, it's not a disaster if a part comes off.

Audi R8 Silver Diecast Model 1:18 Review

(More customer reviews)Bought this toy so I actually could be the proud owner of my dreamcar - the Audi R8. Delievery was quick and quite happy with the product, which now sits on my desk at home with a few other die-cast dreamcars. Not recommended for small children, as it has a few small parts that easily breaks.

Maisto Special Edition 1:24 Ford Mustang GT Concept Convertible Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered this car because I really like Mustangs and I wanted to have one on my shelf. I is very good for this purpose and therefore I'm satisfied with the product.
The only thing is that I ordered it to my student housing and there I did not have a screwdriver to unpack it :( So I had to wait till I could really enjoy it.

AUDI R8 1/24 DIE-CAST Review

(More customer reviews)While the picture of this toy shows a black and white color, the actual toy that came in the mail was gray in color. The die cast car was still a good collectible but wound up being the wrong color.

Maisto Audi R8 Die-cast 1:18 Scale Review

(More customer reviews)I am not a toy car collector. But here are some observations:
Pros:
- Attractive, well built model.
- Spring-loaded wheels.
- Doors open including front and rear compartments.
- Steering wheel turns the front wheels.
- Detailing appears to be accurate for an R8. I don't own an R8 but I own an Audi and have looked at one closely at the dealership.
- The rear spoiler can be raised and lowered as on the real R8.
Cons:
- Some slight paint imperfections on the body.
