We ordered the Romulan Warbird from Snow Leopard, and we were extremely satisfied with the prompt shipping and the condition of the toy. The free gifts included were a nice touch as well. It's nice to order from someone reliable. 5 stars!!!

Land of the Giants Spaceship Spindrift Review

A retooled mold brings this 60s sci-fi kit back to the hands of today's kit builders!
Not QUITE accurate to the sets & miniatures of the original show... the passenger compartment should have 2 more seats, the control yokes are not included with the pilot's console, plus the top dome is round instead of teardrop-shaped... but these are all true to the original Aurora model.
Wouldn't take much to fix the mistakes, as there are plenty of references & replacement decal sheets out there... or just build it "as is" for nostalgia value.

Star Trek Movie Mattel 1:50 Scale Diecast Vehicle Klingon Bird of Prey Review

Star Trek Movie Mattel 1:50 Scale Diecast Vehicle Klingon Bird of Prey
Average Reviews:

This is a very nice model of the Klingon Bird of Prey. It is about 4 inches long with a 6 inch wing span and yes, the wings do move from Landing mode, to Flight mode and to Attack mode.
The body of the ship is mostly metal and the wings are plastic. The paint detail is pretty good for it's price range and the ship is large enough for someone with basic model-building skills to improve the paint detail.
I also like the ball joint on the stand because it lets you pose the ship at intersting angles.
Overall, a very nice toy, I just wish Mattel would release these ships at a faster rate and with more variety.

I loved this version of the Enterprise and wanted a model that reminded me of the battle between Kirk and Khan. This model is a great reminder of that famous movie battle.

Star Trek 40th Anniversary Klingon Bird Of Prey Diecast Ship By Corgi Review

Star Trek 40th Anniversary Klingon Bird Of Prey Diecast Ship By Corgi

If you read what this is supposed to do from Corgi or other websites let me set you straight.
1. There is no sound what-so-ever. Nothing, nada.
2. The lights, when the buton is pushed, blink exactly 19 times then shut off. That is all the product does. I have made several attempts to conact Corgi via their website and feedback and have never heard from them.

Hot Wheels Star Trek Romulan Narada Review

I've always tried my best to look for Star Trek Star Ships that I didn't have to put together and that were small enough to allow me to collect them with out being to much in the way. And HERE THEY ARE! I love these things. I pray Hot Wheels make mroe ships, different ships, every ship that has ever been on Star Trek programs and movies. All I want is to collect more and more. The toy is cool. Not to easy to break and they have an awsome stand were I can sit them on a shelf and not worry about them falling and smashing. Live Long And Collect these, they're AWSOME for the real fan!!!

Hot Wheels Star Trek U.S.S. Saratoga NCC-1867 Review

Hot Wheels Star Trek U.S.S. Saratoga NCC-1867
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a repaint of the Reliant, just as the on screen Saratoga was a reuse of the Reliant Model from Star Trek 2. This ship was seen briefly in Star Trek IV, as one of the Star-ships attempting to scan (and being disabled by) the giant "whale probe". It was also the first ship to have an on-screen female captain, (played by Madge Sinclair). As far as the Model itself, If you have the Reliant, you know what to expect, it's very white, too white. It looks like someone bought a reliant model kit and assembled it without painting it, just applying the decals. some grays here and there would have been nice. So why four stars? The sculpt more than makes up for the lack of color. (the torpedo pod looks great) and the markings are clear. plus its nice to see a few alternate names and registries besides Enterprise.

Be warned, this model is mostly plastic. The main hull is metal and the nacelles and their supports are made of a flexible plastic that seems to be easily warped, if you'll pardon the pun.

Star Trek - USS Enterprise Iconic Vehicle Review

Star Trek - USS Enterprise Iconic Vehicle
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Don't be fooled by the box. The approximate length of the ship is about 15 inches, and the diameter of the saucer is about 7 inches. With the outer dimensions of the box being what they are, you could ALMOST fit two of these inside. One positive thing about the oversized box is that the toy itself is well protected if the package gets dropped!
The ship appears to be a decent representation of the Enterprise as it appears in the new movie ( judging from publicity stills and shots from the trailer...at the time of this writing, the movie has not been released ). There are a few noticeable discrepancies; the saucer seems a bit small, and the positioning of the nacelles on their struts is just a bit further forward than the actual movie design ( most likely kids won't care much ).
Being a Playmates toy, the detailing is pretty good, if basic. It definitely looks like a toy, as opposed to offerings from Art Asylum which look far more painted and finished, and closer to models than toys. There are a lot of visible screws, especially on the underside of the saucer, which has a second, unfortunately placed, battery compartment that does not seem to fit completely flush. The ship is molded in off-white/gray plastic, and seems pretty durable. The stand is molded in a transparent blue, with a silver painted starfleet insignia. The top is a ball joint, which fits into the bottom of the ship's engineering hull, and allows the ship to be posed in different positions. This stand seems relatively sturdy, and less likely to break than similar stands included with Art Asylum offerings. There are four sound and lighting effects which play at random when the top of the bridge dome is pressed. These include lines from Chris Pine as Kirk and Zachary Quinto as Spock:
-"Arm phasers, fire everything we've got" ( followed by sound effects with flickering lights )
-"Captain, engineering reports ready for launch" ( engine lights slowly brighten and impulse engines come on, with a sound effect )
-"Maneuvering thrusters, Mr. Sulu" ( lights slowly brighten, and rear engine tips light up )
-Sound effect- red alert klaxon ( all lights flicker )
The lights are quite bright ( and with the exception of the red impulse engines and some small points on the saucer, all blue ) there is some light bleed through the plastic, but not too horrendous. The glowing deflector dish is particularly nice, as is the glowing 'spoke' pattern behind the front engine domes, which is reminiscent of the original television series Enterprise.
Keeping in mind that this is a toy, marketed AS a toy for kids and not as a super-detailed collectors piece for adults, this is a pretty nice piece. Also, it's great to have a model of the new Enterprise available for viewing in advance of the movie release.

This authentic and detailed scaled model of USS Enterprise ship, as seen in Star Trek movie, features sound effects and real dialogue from the film! The ship includes a Delta Shield display base (with ball/socket attachment tip) that attaches to bottom of ship's lower hull, allowing the collector to pivot ship 360 degrees
