(More customer reviews)This is a First Gear 1:50 scale diecast model of a Mack Granite MP Tri-Axle tractor with Lowboy Trailer & Mining Bucket complete with J&A Trucking logos. First and foremost, the guys at Diecast Models Wholesale are top-notch, very respectable a pleasure to work with. Thanks Guys!!! This Mack Granite MP is an excellent model and very accurate in detail. The red and black paint scheme is eye catching, flawless and finished to a high-gloss shine! All of the chrome parts on the Mack add a nice contrast to the over-all look, some imprinted with flat black paint for extra detail. The cab interior is awesome - looking through opening driver and passenger doors there is a distinctive gold Mack logo imprinted on the top of each seat and the interior colors are very realistic. Each door window is rolled down half way giving the cab a unique look! The engine hood is hinged and opens forward to reveal a detailed painted engine including colored hoses and more chromed parts. All of the tires and rims look great and the front tires are steerable. The cab has coiled red, blue and green control lines that appear to be the right size and length. The Lowboy trailer is long and impressive with simulated wood planking, swing-out outriggers with side plank extensions, detailed drive train, beautifully painted driving/signal/brake lights. There is large yellow resin mining bucket with realistic black cargo chains sitting on top of the Lowboy trailer! The mining bucket can removed by unscrewing two screws on the bottom of the trailer allowing other construction loads to be displayed on the trailer. FIRST GEAR did a great job on this MACK! A perfect addition to any diecast collection.
