(More customer reviews)At the same time we got this we got the flying with style set. That one has gone over better. The reason we got both of these sets is the gravity launch. These track sets are just more robust. The sets with the battery powered or lever activated launchers have too many small brittle parts that break fairly quickly.
Lets face it kids will try to launch everything down the track, marbles, pink pearl erasers, small plastic dolls, anything. The lever/battery launchers just can't hack it. This thing had a line of stuff two feet long sliding down it at one point, for a huge pile up at the end. Only one of the things on the track in that line was actually a car.
I like the robust play that this set can take.
