(More customer reviews)The first orbiter space shuttle built by NASA to run tests on it and called the first million dollar Glider since it was never launched into space, just completed several missions attached to the customized 747 to manage the extra weight and then some missions released from the clamps atop the 747 to fly and glide back to the ground unassisted. Definitely a must buy with wheels that can be attached or left off for flight mode!

(More customer reviews)The seller of this toy failed to mention that it wasn't exactly what his description said it was, and, after several email attempts to contact him, failed to resolve the issue. He did not contact me at all. When I gave him a bad review, his resolution, which seems to be a scripted resolution that he just clicks on and adds to the site, was the same as he offered all other bad reviewing customers. Some silly 10% off other products from him. Why would I want to buy another product from an untrustworthy, very flawed business?

Gearbox Military Classics USS Hornet Review

(More customer reviews)Being both a history buff and a child at heart, I ordered this scale model of the USS Hornet. It is in the 1/700 series and will go nicely with other ships of this scale. Since the deck is covered by B-25 Mitchell bombers, it is immediately apparent to anyone who knows much about WW II history that this was a moment in time when Col. Jimmy Doolittle planned and launched the first American bombing raid on Japan after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
I think the level of detail is wonderful for the price range. I would love to be able to afford those exquisite ship models that cost 2 or 3 thousand dollars, but they are not in my budget. This fits the bill.
Great price, great product, great service...what's not to like?

(More customer reviews)At first I thought it wouldn't fly in a circle as it was just spinning. Just give it a little push and after a little while it will start to fly. It's a little noisy but so is a real space shuttle.
