(More customer reviews)I have a new (almost) eight year old son, and he is obsessed with the Red Baron. Unfortunately, the one thing he didn't have was a plane of the Red Baron's, so I decided to order this for him. To say he was excited to receive it, would be an understatement; however, the quality of this toy is HORRIBLE! It was already starting to fall apart when we received it. As soon as he opened it, we found that the wheels had fallen off and needed to be glued back on. Next, the wings started to fall off, so we had to reglue them, but it still kept falling apart. Sadly, there are very few Red Baron planes out there, and most are either kits that need to be put together or are well over [...] and meant for adults to display. He has many die-cast planes that we have had no issues, so I expect a die-cast plane to hold up well. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone, not even an adult.
