(More customer reviews)My daughter actually wanted a remote control helicopter. I bought this for her so she could learn how to use a remote, she's only 6. She just loves it and believes she's already good enough to fly a helicopter. hmmm, not sure about that. anyway, I've read a few reviews where the car stops working. Well, ours did the same thing. I found it's a common problem that happens to some battery powered products. They don't make the battery contact spring as strong as they used to. I noticed on a lot of toys these days, the contact that is suppose to hold pressure on the battery, pushes in, so that you don't have solid contact anymore. just take out the battery and pull the contact out a little so that when you put the battery back in it holds snug. Our car has not had a problem since. I did notice on our laminate floor, you can do power slides. pretty cool, i use it when she's not looking. btw, i know i said spring, but usually it's not the coiled spring side, it's the flat spring side, the one that kind of looks like a V, that flexes a little as you push in the battery. For this car I think the one I had to pull out a little was in the remote control.
