(More customer reviews)Given that Chrysler stopped the production of DeSotos a while back, having a model of a now orphan car is special in the world of diecast. And it is even better that it is a DeSoto because there are too few made in any scale. Yat Ming, the producer of this diecast, has scored again with this latest image. Big white wall tires, two-tone paint job, and the nicely done fins from this era of cars all adds up to a model you will be proud to display.
For what is considered a "budget" diecast, you really cannot go wrong with this beauty. Be advised that for this price, you do get opening doors and hood, but not the trunk. And the interior is well done too, but there is no carpeting as found on more upscale models. Overall, for the price, you get your money's worth with this model, especially so if you are fond of orphan cars and DeSotos in particular!
