(More customer reviews)The Illustrations need some work. They are a bit vague in spots. Mostly in the placing of some the wiring. And you will need a Dremel Tool to shorten a few of the screws to make a tight fit. On the whole it is an excellent display model and easily constructed. One of the best I've seen. The prepainted parts are very nice, especially if your not into or adept at painting models. On the whole I was very happy in how it came out.

(More customer reviews)This kit is a joy, as is the 'Road King' (same scale) version by the same company. But the instructions are poor. I suggest that you review every step in the manual and make notes as to the true path regarding construction of the model. Sometimes things are meant to be 'symmetrical' in their construction (both sides), but are not mentioned. Keep this in mind. This is (and the 'Road King' version) an amazing model, and will be a jewel in your collection. Go for it!

Blue Angel F-18 Hornet model kit (1:48) Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this model for my nephew who just turned 8. I was extremely impressed with the detail and ease of assembly. New Ray has done an excellent job with model kit. The 1:48 scale is nice and big perfect size for displaying your models. No glue required or paint!! Very easy to assembly. Seems to be lots of fun

InAir E-Z Build Model Kit - B-25 Mitchell Review

(More customer reviews)The advertising as a detailed scale model is false. The B-25 is a toy, not a display model. And as a toy, its not a good one either. Our son plays with it and the parts fall off. Dont waste your money. If you want a toy, buy something else. If you want a display model, invest some money and search for a better one or build it yourself.

InAir E-Z Build Model Kit - Fokker Dr.1 Review

(More customer reviews)I happened to spot one of these models for sale at the gift shop in the Air and Space museum in San Diego and was struck by the colour, which really did look like the Red Baron Red I grew up reading about. Rightly or wrongly, I remember it have a white cowling like this model, rather than the red cowling often seen, although both might be correct. I didn't buy it at the time, but it stayed in my mind, and I purchased it later through Amazon.
The truly marvelous and remarkable thing about this model is its strength. I had intended to give it to my son when he was older, but it seemed so strudy I gave it to him immediately. He has had it for 5 months, carrying it everywhere, dropping it, playing with it. He just turned two a few days ago, so you can imagine the abuse it has suffered. But, with the exception of the tail, which broke off once, and is now superglued on, it looks brand new and unscathed.
When one considers the price, this is a remarkable model. Authentic AND tough.
